Q. Who is LuckyDog Creations?

A. LuckyDog Creations is a small veteran owned business located in Loganville, GA. We started the business to bring quality to people at a more affordable price, while maintaining good old fashioned customer service.

Q. How often do you add products?

A. We do not currently have a schedule set for adding products.

Q. I have looked at the products on your page and I do not see what I am looking for. Can you make a completely custom tumbler, organizer or other product for me?

A. Yes, please visit our contact page, tell us what you are looking for. We will work with you to make your vision a reality.

Q. I do not see the color tumbler I want. Can you get any other colors than what I see on your page?

A. At this time the colors we have listed are the only colors we can offer at the price listed. We can search to see if we can find a color that is more your style. However, this price may be more than what is listed and we cannot be assured of the same quality.

Q. You mentioned quality above. How good are the tumblers you offer?

A. We have personally tested each of the tumbler sizes we offer and have had very surprising similar results with each. We have seen a 20oz tumbler left in a car on a hot summer day in Georgia, filled with ice and water, left for 6 1/2 hours. Upon returning to the car, we were happy to find there was still a tumbler full of ice.

I personally use the coffee caddie to hold drinks on road trips. I left my Dr Pepper in the caddy on a hot summer day, in the car while attending an Atlanta Braves game. Upon returning to the car, I found the lid of the soda bottle to be very warm but the soda inside was still nice and cold for drinking.

My wife has used several of the tumblers we sell for hot and cold drinks. So far she has been extremely impressed with the longevity of drinks staying hot or cold, even as much as 6 hours.
